At Indulge Hair Lounge, your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens, so we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Our policies are designed to ensure the highest quality of service for all our valued clients.

1. Appointments & Deposits
All services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Service Guarantee
Our stylists provide professional services with care and attention. Any concerns should be reported within 48 hours of your appointment.

4. Personal Belongings
Please keep your items secure. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

5. Health & Safety
Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Appointment Confirmations
We send confirmations via email and/or text at booking and 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please ensure your contact info is up-to-date. Responsibility for arriving on time and remembering your appointment rests with the guest.
